Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Marketing Staff at PT Victory International (Cabang Jakarta Sudirman). The Management Trainee will undergo training to learn essential business operations, develop leadership skills, and assist in various departments to understand the company's operations and strategies. Daily tasks might include participating in managerial meetings, assisting in project planning, analyzing business performance data, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
