Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Content Creator, or related fields is a plus
- Creative, active, and up to date with social media trends
- Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera
- Passionate about learning and exploring new marketing ideas
- Understand basic marketing campaign execution and social media strategy
- Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Able to create engaging and attractive social media content
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
- Responsible, proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Handle marketing activities for UFood
- Support campaign executions, events, and social media activities
- Create design materials for Instagram content, promotional materials, and marketing assets
- Edit photo and video content for social media platforms
- Participate as on-screen talent for content creation, campaign shoots, and promotional videos when needed
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with merchants, KOL/influencers, and partners
- Conduct market research and stay updated with current social media and F&B trends
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple marketing reports
- Support daily operational and marketing needs
