Marketing Sponsorship Specialist

The Marketing Sponsorship Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kebon Jeruk. This role is responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities that align with programming and brand positioning. The specialist will manage end-to-end sponsorship processes, including prospecting, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating deliverables with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and production. Daily activities include conducting market research, maintaining sponsor relationships, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating on marketing strategies that enhance sponsor visibility and ensure a positive experience for both sponsors and viewers.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with sponsors and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to identify opportunities and design impactful sponsorship programs.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to pitch proposals, negotiate agreements, and achieve sponsorship targets.
• Candidates should have excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple sponsorship projects simultaneously.
• Candidates should be proficient in using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) for proposals and reporting.
• A background in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, preferably with experience in media or broadcasting, is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team are important.
