Marketing Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Bandung. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing customer engagement initiatives, supporting sales objectives, and ensuring effective communication with clients and team members. The specialist will play a key role in driving the company's marketing efforts to enhance brand presence and performance across various platforms.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to identify opportunities and craft effective campaigns
• Experience in Sales and driving creative marketing efforts to achieve business objectives
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proactive attitude, ability to work in a team, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in live streaming, digital advertising, or working with KOLs is a plus
