About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and promoting our healthcare services to a wider audience. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting overall business expansion.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Promote company products and services to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct visits, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and medical teams) to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold the company's brand image at all times.

What we're looking for

• At least 1–2 years of experience in any marketing role (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply).
• Proven experience in marketing or business development (preferably in healthcare or service industries).
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with medical services or healthcare terminology is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as required.
