Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage and approve marketing budgets in line with sales needs.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, and print).
Coordinate with vendors for display materials and branding execution at dealer level.
Support the sales team in resolving sales issues and organizing promotions, events, and training.
Ensure availability and compliance of marketing display materials with SOP standards.
Monitor and prepare regular reports (weekly sell-out, dealer visits, KPI, and report updates).
Coordinate with promoters and internal teams through regular meetings (weekly and monthly reviews).
Guide promoters on campaign and promotion implementation in stores.
Manage recruitment, training, and employee exit processes at branch offices.
Handle employee administration (data, benefits, and office assets).
