Bertugas dan bertanggung jawab untuk mencari dan maintain Showroom & Dealer (mobil bekas/baru) agar ketika ada pembeli mobil dengan sistem kredit, jasa pembiayaannya bisa melalui BFI Finance.
Bertugas untuk melakukan survey kepada konsumen tersebut dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kualitas pembayaran (FID 06) konsumen
