Own end-to-end campaign execution to drive SPayLater activation — from impressions and clicks through to first off-Shopee platform transaction.
Develop messaging, education content, and activation mechanics to move users through the funnel.
Develop campaign proposals and mechanics and identify opportunities to test new approaches based on funnel stage priorities.
Manage in-app and external marketing placements across digital channels and merchant partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Branding, Product, Ops, BD, Risk, CRM, and ShopeePay Marketing to align on campaign marketing strategies and execution.
Monitor full funnel metrics, conduct user research, and translate findings into performance reports and actionable internal recommendations.
Requirements
Up to 2 years of experience in marketing; fresh graduates of top uni (from all majors) with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply.
Experience in financial products, credit/paylater, or fintech is a plus.
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking — able to diagnose problems through data, not just report numbers.
Comfortable navigating cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Execution-oriented with a strong ability to translate strategy into action and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high accountability and shifting priorities.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.
High integrity, agile mindset, and strong communication skills.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
Proficient in AI tools for productivity, data analysis, visual & content workflows
