Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all project documents, ensuring files are updated, accurate, and easy to access.
  • Prepare quotations based on project needs and internal requests, ensuring all details meet company standards.
  • Support the creation of project documents such as briefs, timelines, and statements of work.
  • Create regular project progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and monitor deliverables and timelines.
  • Assist with basic project financial administration, including cost recap and payment submissions.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients for administrative needs.
  • Schedule project meetings and prepare meeting notes.
  • Provide general administrative support to Project Managers and other project leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum S1 in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience in preparing quotations, reports, and managing project documentation.
  • Meticulous, strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in project or administrative roles.
