Marketing Product (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a related field or position.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with product principals.
• Manage correspondence and clarification regarding product technical and commercial requirements.
• Prepare product development reports for internal review and cross-department coordination.
• Communicate feedback from customers and field teams to vendors for product improvement.
• Ensure SLA compliance between vendors and the company, including delivery timelines, technical support, and after-sales service.
• Develop recommendations to improve vendor service quality.
• Monitor and control marketing and procurement budgets in accordance with approved allocations.
• Prepare budget realization and variance analysis reports.
• Monitor available unit inventory and ensure product availability aligns with distribution plans and sales targets.
