Your Role:
As a Marketing, you'll serve as the cornerstone of our business expansion endeavors. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting educational institutions to elevate and flourish. This role encompasses a spectrum of responsibilities, including strategic planning, curriculum enrichment, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement.
What You'll Do:
- You'll be the face of our centre, responsible for attracting new families and organizing our events. Your role includes:
- Lead Generation: Reaching out to schools, community groups, and events to introduce our programs. You'll engage with parents both online and offline, building relationships and generating leads.
- Event Coordination: Planning and executing internal events like open houses and workshops. You'll also be the main point of contact for families interested in trial classes or attending our events.
- Communication: Managing all communication with prospective parents, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar capacity, preferably within the education domain.
- Keen analytical acumen, with a knack for interpreting data, conducting market research, and identifying growth prospects.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation prowess, coupled with the ability to cultivate and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of prevailing trends and best practices in education, curriculum design, and program evaluation.
- Robust project management aptitude, adept at juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
