Marketing & Operations Specialist (Junior to Middle, Full-Time)


  • Reports to: GTM Lead (marketing strategy, demand gen, operations) and Brand & Designer (design & content quality)
  • Mission Drive Kinobi's marketing and GTM operations across three fronts: (1) marketing execution (SEO, content, design), (2) demand generation execution (outbound, prospect lists, MQL nurturing), and (3) operations (CRM, pipeline hygiene, meeting notes). Serve as the operational backbone of the GTM team.
  • Job Scope:
    • Demand generation execution
      • Execute outbound email campaigns under GTM Lead direction (:400 emails per quarter)
      • Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (:200 contacts per quarter)
      • Build and maintain prospect lists (university contacts, decision-makers, event attendees)
      • Follow up on event leads within 1 week of event close
      • Nurture MQLs with templated touches (product updates, case study sends)
      • Support GTM Lead with partner and event communications execution
    • GTM operations & CRM
      • Own CRM hygiene end-to-end; weekly updates, zero-error standard
      • Monitor MQL SQL progression; flag stuck deals to GTM Lead and AE
      • Maintain lead data quality in Attio
      • Write weekly meeting recaps and organise meeting notes
      • Run internal follow-ups on project or lead progress
      • Support GTM Lead with pipeline reporting and dashboard updates
      • Support GTM Lead in RFP execution
    • SEO & Website ownership
      • Own Kinobi.AI's SEO performance; maintain global ranking position
      • Ensure global traffic routes to kinobi.ai (not app.kinobi) consistently
      • Monitor SEO performance weekly; report monthly to GTM Lead
      • Identify and act on SEO opportunities (keywords, content gaps, technical issues)
    • Content execution
      • Create campaign message for demand generation
      • Write blog posts on a regular cadence
      • Create LinkedIn content: copy + simple design
      • Grow Kinobi's LinkedIn presence — followers and engagement per quarter
      • Maintain content calendar across blog and LinkedIn
      • Write whitepaper, case study, etc for demand generation
    • Design execution (under Brand & Designer's approval)
      • Execute simple website updates
      • Produce simple design assets within established templates (namecards, LinkedIn post, etc)
      • Collaborate with Brand & Design to create high quality materials assets for marketing and sales
    • Event & ops support
      • Gather event participant lists (80%+ coverage per event)
      • Hand off lists to GTM Lead for grooming
      • Coordinate event logistics under GTM Lead direction

  • Required qualifications
    • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing ops, sales ops, or growth roles (preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B startups)
    • Strong written English and Bahasa Indonesia
    • High initiative and creative thinking to create demand generation campaigns.
    • Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals and content marketing principles
    • Comfortable with outbound communication (cold email and LinkedIn outreach)
    • Comfortable with Canva or Figma at a working level
    • Detail-oriented; the operations side demands precision
    • Self-starter; able to take direction from two managers and prioritise across creative vs operational workstreams
    • Comfortable with CRM tools (Attio or similar) and basic analytics
