Position Summary

The Marketing Operations Intern (Paid Internship) will support the Business team in driving user engagement, retention, and transaction growth through structured data analysis reporting, campaign execution setup & support, project management and performance monitoring. This role offers hands-on exposure to growth initiatives, loyalty programs, in-app retention features, and cross-functional execution. The intern will contribute to translating data into actionable insights aimed at improving user lifetime value and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of growth and loyalty campaigns across multiple programs
  • Assist in campaign ideation, feature operational rollout, and timeline coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain campaign post-mortem documentation, experiment logs, and performance trackers
  • Monitor user adoption, engagement, referral performanceand preparing structured insight reports
  • Support budget tracking, reward allocation, and incentive monitoring for loyalty initiatives
  • Assist in dashboard reporting and performance monitoring for CRM and engagement tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and onboarding
  • Assist in registration and onboarding programs while maintaining operational trackers
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting and issue tracking to help improve campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, Information Systems from reputable university
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables)
  • Familiarity with dashboards (e.g., Metabase), CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap) is a plus
  • Good English and Bahasa Indonesia written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong interest in growth, product marketing, loyalty programs, operations, and the fintech/technology industry
