Qualifications:

• Fresh graduate or final-year student from any major
• Able to edit videos (using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.)
• Basic understanding of social media and digital content
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new things
• Able to work on-site in Malang
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Support company projects across marketing areas
• Create and edit video content for social media and internal needs
• Assist in content preparation and basic campaign execution
• Support coordination and execution of internal projects
• Conduct simple research and administrative support as needed
