Job Description

Marketing Operational Management
Manage and monitor daily operational activities to ensure marketing products run smoothly and efficiently.
Implement corrective actions to improve efficiency, product performance, and operational reliability across marketing activities.
Marketing Process Improvement
Identify operational issues and opportunities for improvement within existing processes.
Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and system processes.
Data Analysis & Strategic Insights
Analyze operational and marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Generate insights and reports to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Provide data-driven recommendations to management and campaign owners to improve performance and outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
Experience as a Marketing, Operations, or similar role, preferably in e-money or financial services industry.
Experience in managing partner relationships and executing activation or engagement activities.
Familiarity with customer experience and engagement strategies.
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI) will be a plus
