Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a growing company in Indonesia, evolving beyond its initial B2B marketplace model into a multi-channel retail business.
We are expanding our presence in modern trade and offline retail by operating physical stores that offer a range of home living products, accessories, as well as toy categories. With this transformation, Polibeli aims to provide accessible, high-quality products and a simple shopping experience for a wider market.
We are currently looking for Marketing team member up to Managerial level to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns, including promotional events, store anniversaries, thematic campaigns, and seasonal activities to increase store traffic and sales.
- Assist in managing customer engagement and membership programs, including customer acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat purchase activities.
- Coordinate in-store branding and visual merchandising materials to ensure brand consistency and enhance customer experience.
- Support online and offline marketing activities, including partnerships, mall events, community activations, and cross-promotional collaborations.
- Create and adapt localized marketing content for digital and offline channels to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on traffic, sales, and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams, store operations, and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and monitor retail and consumer trends to support marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in mass consumer goods.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities that drive customer traffic and sales.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail marketing, and in-store customer experience.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
