Role Description

Marketing Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Vplus services and strengthen brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, assisting in campaign planning, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting sales initiatives. The Marketing Staff will collaborate with internal teams to prepare marketing materials, manage customer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Marketing Officer Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and assist in developing Marketing Strategy.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes and support activities related to marketing campaigns.
• Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with common office and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, social media platforms).
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn about trading, investment, and financial markets.
• Relevant educational background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
