As our
Marketing Officer, you will execute day-to-day Marketing for
Reserve by City Padel.
- Community Engagement: Act as the face of the brand, handling high-level queries and building relationships with members to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Event Activation: Execute the operational plan for RESERVE Event, Community Tournaments, and Corporate Events.
- Content Production: Capture daily life content at the facility to be used for social media marketing.
- Performance Tracking: Collect data on court bookings and academy attendance to help the GM analyze marketing - operational effectiveness.
- Brand Standards: Maintain the visual and service quality of the brand across all physical touchpoints in the facility.
Requirements
- Based in Surabaya
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications Science is Preferred
- Experience in Marketing Activations, Events, and Sports Management or related fields for min. 1-2 years
- Proficient in handling marketing activities through digital & offline
- Ability to execute complex projects with high attention of detail
- Excellent knowledge of the Sport & Wellness Industry
- Willing to work hands-on during every marketing activities
- Ability to engage with members and community
