Marketing Manager (Team Lead)

Gaura Travel is one of Australia's leading travel brands connecting Australia and India. We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee execution and lead our remote marketing team. This is a leadership role focused on delivery, accountability, and digital marketing oversight, not strategy development. We are also in a growth phase, with the launch of new brands imminent, so it's an exciting time for someone to join the team and have an impact on this.

• Overseeing monthly campaign execution
• Managing a remote marketing team
• Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
• Monitoring performance across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, programmatic, email and media partners
• Reporting key metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversions)

• Has 5+ years marketing leadership experience
• Has managed or led a marketing team
• Understands digital marketing channels deeply
• Is structured, commercially aware, and accountable
• Ideally degree qualified

This is a remote role (Indonesia based).
