Company Description
PT. Reins Marindo Indonesia is a joint venture between Reins International Inc. (Japan) and PT. Marindo Boga (Indonesia). The company operates 1 brands: Gyu-Kaku, and New Brand coming soon. These brands are spread across several major cities in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Bali.
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree from Marketing Management, Public relations, or hospitality management.
- Have minimum 10 years working experience as Marketing or 4 years as Marketing Manager in Hospitality or Retail industy.
- Have experience in Data Analyst, P&L, Accounting or finance background.
- Strong exposure in marketing strategy, social media management, graphic design, content creation and promotion ATL (Above the line) and BTL (Below the line) strategies.
- Have good communication, negotiation, presentation and strong in leadership skills
- Have knowledge of all processes about events, Bank Partnership, production events, awareness, etc.
- Expert using M.Excel (v-klook up, etc)
- Fluent in English both conversation and writing.
- Have working experience in chain Japanese Restaurant (brand) is an advantage.
Job Desc:
- Devise and implement effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and print advertising
- Manage the company's social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with the target audience
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts
- Analyse marketing performance data and provide insights to inform future strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient resource allocation
