Develop and execute aftermarket business strategy to expand sales of battery and electrical components across distributor, workshop, and e-commerce channels.
Lead product and brand management for DC (Dharma Connect) Product Dharma Group, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and strong market positioning.
Build and manage distribution networks by developing partnerships with dealers, resellers, and service centers nationwide.
Plan and implement marketing programsincluding promotions, trade campaigns, and customer loyalty initiativesto strengthen brand awareness and customer retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategy accordingly.
Oversee customer satisfaction and service quality, including feedback, claims, and warranty processes.
Lead and develop the aftermarket marketing team, set performance targets, and ensure achievement of sales and profitability goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in marketing or aftermarket roles; experience in the battery/automotive industry preferred.
Strong skills in brand development, marketing strategy, and data analysis.
Experience managing B2B and B2C channels, including distributors, workshops, and e-commerce.
Technical understanding of battery/electrical components is a plus.
Proven leadership ability and experience managing teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and partnership-building skills.
