MRE Bali is hiring a hands-on, full-time Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy, manage social media, and drive brand growth.

Requirements:

• Indonesian citizen (WNI) only

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in marketing or social media management

• Strong marketing strategy and execution skills

• Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Strong content creation skills (Reels, captions, content ideas, trends)

• Experience planning and executing monthly content calendars

• Solid understanding of SEO and how to apply it through content and website optimisation

• Ability to identify trends and apply them quickly

• Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency

• Creative, proactive, and idea-driven

• Fluent in English (written & spoken)

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate full-time

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing strategy

• Manage all social media channels

• Create, direct, and oversee content production

• Develop content ideas aligned with brand and growth goals

• Ensure SEO best practices are applied across website and content

• Implement growth-focused strategies

• Support brand visibility and lead generation
