Strategy Translation

Transform the vision of C-Level Directors into actionable daily marketing activities.

  • Develop campaign strategies, channel plans, and execution timelines
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing roadmaps
  • Prioritize marketing channels based on business goals
  • Ensure alignment across all marketing functions

Campaign Management

Lead and oversee marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

  • Define campaign briefs, objectives, and KPIs
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PR, Social Media, Creative, KOL, Ads)
  • Track campaign progress and deadlines
  • Take immediate action to optimize underperforming campaigns

Branding & Brand Development

Strengthen and maintain the company's brand identity and positioning.

  • Establish branding direction and market positioning
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms
  • Build brand awareness and enhance brand perception
  • Supervise branding initiatives and public communications

People & Team Management

Manage the productivity and effectiveness of the marketing team.

  • Conduct regular daily and weekly team briefings
  • Monitor team workload and task distribution
  • Foster collaboration, motivation, and positive teamwork
  • Support team development through coaching and guidance

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and evaluate overall marketing performance.

  • Analyze KPIs across all marketing channels
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to management
  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis

Budget Control

Support effective allocation and management of the marketing budget.

  • Monitor budget spending and utilization
  • Assess channel performance and ROI
  • Optimize and reallocate budgets where necessary

Cross-Department Coordination

Serve as the communication bridge between departments.

  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, Customer Service, and Business Development teams
  • Communicate customer and user feedback internally
  • Align marketing campaigns with the product roadmap

Quality Control

Ensure all marketing materials maintain consistent brand messaging.

  • Review and approve marketing content
  • Maintain brand tone, voice, and positioning
  • Conduct quality checks on KOL materials and advertising creatives

Crisis Handling

Handle marketing-related issues before escalation to senior leadership.

  • Resolve campaign or content-related problems
  • Coordinate with PR teams during negative public sentiment
  • Determine appropriate responses and escalation procedures when needed

Innovation & Improvement

Drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and workflows.

  • Explore and test new campaigns and marketing channels
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis
  • Improve internal workflows, systems, and team tools
