Job Description
Mata Property is looking for a Marketing Manager to structure, lead, and execute our marketing strategy across digital channels.
This is a key role. You will work directly with management and be responsible for visibility, lead generation, and brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy (online & offline)
- Manage digital channels: website, SEO, social media, email marketing
- Oversee content creation (photos, videos, reels, campaigns)
- Work closely with sales and agents to support lead generation
- Track performance, ROI, and optimize campaigns
- Manage internal partners (videographer, editing , photographers)
Profile Required
- Proven experience in marketing (real estate or luxury sector is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
- Structured, autonomous, results-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent English required (Indonesian is a plus)
