Marketing Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Reporting to: Country Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing TP-Link Indonesia's local marketing strategy, with a focus on brand building, content marketing, SEO, GEO, channel marketing and offline market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
• Strengthen the local brand presence of TP-Link, Tapo, VIGI and Omada.
• Lead website content, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization initiatives to improve visibility on search engines and AI platforms.
• Plan localized product content, industry articles, case studies and marketing materials.
• Manage dealer branding, retail displays, signboards, POS materials and other channel marketing programs.
• Plan and evaluate exhibitions, roadshows, dealer events, product launches and sponsorship activities.
• Establish standards and SOPs for events, branding materials and marketing execution.
• Manage the marketing budget, agencies, vendors and local marketing team.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation, brand exposure and return on marketing investment.
• Work closely with sales, product, B2B and headquarters teams.

Requirements:

• At least 7–10 years of marketing experience, including team management experience.
• Experience in IT, consumer electronics, networking, CCTV or related industries is preferred.
• Strong experience in SEO, content marketing, digital visibility and brand marketing.
• Familiar with the Indonesian channel, retail and B2B market.
• Strong project management, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
