Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events for Laderach according to VG guidelines.
  • Define customer centric marketing strategies, process and procedures for promotions and brand initiatives.
  • Manage budget and set direction for the brand to achieve financial and business objectives.
  • Support the Brand's Business Goals.
  • Support the CRM and build the base of VIP customers.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

  • Achieve Brand(s) sales and profitability for the assigned brands.
  • Achieve targeted media coverage [KPI: Editorial coverage - num. of pages/follower reach & dollar value)
  • Events and Promotions [KPI: execute events/promotions as per plan]
  • Principal liaison. (KPI: adhere to principal guidelines & reports submission deadlines.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build & Implement Strategic Marketing Plans

Assist the Brand annual business plan, A&P budget and monthly marketing calendar for optimum utilization of funds to increase ROI and attain necessary approvals prior to execution.

Assist to develop strategies for new customer recruitment and CRM plans for top-of-mind recall.

Create and publish all marketing campaigns in line with marketing plans.

Make periodical competitor store visits to better understand the business marketing needs.

Build effective working relations with key stakeholders.

Media Coverage

Plan and direct advertising, public relations, and promotional events and strategies for the Brand.

Interpreting Brand programs for the media and the public.

Develop social media campaigns to build online brand awareness.

Media and Landlord Relationships

Develop and maintain local, national, and international media relations.

Maintain good relationships with mall management for tie up, mall advertising, event & real estate opportunities.

Execute Events and Promotions

Plan and implement events calendar for positive brand building through promotional activities.

Conduct media and press events for seasonal launches.

Execute multiple local press days & consumer events to drive brand equity.

Coordinate ceremonies, press conferences, and other events or special projects.

Brand Reporting and Analysis

Prepare monthly marketing reports for Country management analysis.

Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post-event reports.

Review and research marketing campaigns of competitor brands.

Track marketing performance, gather consumer insights, and evaluate program effectiveness.

Deliver post program and promotion analysis and key best practises to Management.

Others

Perform other related functions as instructed or delegated by immediate supervisor or Management from time to time.

Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct.
