The Island Sports Club is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our fitness, padel, and wellness destinations across multiple locations.

Requirements:

Experience in sports marketing is highly preferred

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

A creative thinker with a passion for fitness, wellness, and community building.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience or interest in padel and fitness is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to effectively promote our fitness, padel, and wellness programs at all Island Sports Club locations.

Manage our social media presence by creating engaging and consistent content that aligns with our brand identity.

Plan and coordinate promotional events and campaigns, including influencer marketing and partnerships.

Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategies and maximize impact.

Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Engage with the local community to strengthen relationships with members, partners, and influencers.
