  • Translate high-level marketing frameworks and business priorities into actionable brand roadmaps with clear objectives, measurable outcomes, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of cohesive marketing strategies across Hangry brands through managing Junior Leads and Leads, ensuring alignment with company objectives, brand direction, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Mentor and manage the team to ensure the quality, effectiveness, and consistency of brand marketing strategy implementation encompassing advertising, KOL, partnerships, regional, and campaign initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by analyzing brand performance, market trends, competitive movements, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimization areas.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Revenue, Growth, Product) to ensure marketing strategies are well-integrated, resource use is optimized, and initiatives contribute effectively to overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field. market research experience is highly preferred.
  • 58 years of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading multiple brands or managing multiple team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of translating data and insights into effective marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Experience in FMCG, tech startups, or digital-first companies is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience managing marketing teams and cross-functional collaboration with creative, sales, or product divisions.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking.
  • Advanced understanding of market research and competition analysis, brand architecture, and consumer segmentation.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen able to interpret performance data, optimize marketing spend, and able to rationalize outcomes.
  • High proficiency in presentation and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders and management.
  • Experienced in managing multiple marketing channels, including digital, offline, partnerships, and KOL initiatives.
  • Curious, adaptable, and data-informed decision-maker with a growth mindset.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills capable of coaching mid-senior team members and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for senior-level stakeholder management.
  • Strategic yet hands-on mindset able to think big-picture while ensuring optimized execution.
