Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead the development of annual marketing strategies for Private Label and Exclusive Label portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Drive strategic decisions through market insights, competitive analysis, and identification of growth opportunities
  • Manage high-level partnerships with principals and key external stakeholders to support Exclusive Label performance
  • Oversee brand development, positioning, and go-to-market planning in collaboration with Product teams
  • Direct integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, ensuring strong execution and measurable impact
  • Govern digital marketing performance (social media, SEO/SEM, email, digital ads) with a data-driven approach
  • Strengthen online sales channels by designing and optimizing the end-to-end digital sales funnel
  • Lead BTL and offline initiatives to enhance brand visibility and support commercial objectives
  • Ensure excellence in marketing content quality and brand consistency
  • Manage the overall marketing budget and ensure high ROI on spend
  • Report key marketing performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and capability development for the marketing team
  • Align cross-functional execution with Sales, Product, and Operations to drive business outcomes
Requirements :
  • Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in growth/demand planning, strategy and planning, or consulting in FMCG
  • Experience in managing Digital Media campaign / account (App Install, SEO, SEM, Facebook, Twitter) is a plus
  • Proven expertise in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously, including developing timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating teams effectively
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and apply learning for continuous improvement
  • A results driven, independent thinker with superior numerical, analytical, and financial / economics / accounting skills combining with strong marketing insight
  • Familiarity with the customer journey and hands-on experience with data and product analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar)
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and maintains a positive attitude in the face of challenges
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills are required to articulate marketing strategies and plans clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
