Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic sourcing, supplier and internal stakeholder management for all marketing services (e.g. advertising / creative, ad production, brand PR, influencer, and marketing) for all house wares products
  • Coordinate strategic sourcing initiatives for specific types of marketing services
  • Development and implementation of branding awareness and product development strategies that support company growth
  • Meet annual targets and increase cash flow
  • Understand the current and future development needs of the company in all existing marketing lines and translate them into results for the benefit of superiors and the company
  • Lead/contribute to industry analysis and market analysis as needed
  • Manage existing products and the various distribution networks involved in them until the products arrive in the hands of consumers
  • Prepare and execute local bids as needed
  • Ensure compliance with the policies set by the management
  • Lead / support regional / global initiatives as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Management / Business Administration / Communication from reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Marketing Manager, with proven skills by providing some overview of marketing planning and strategy
  • Experience in managing sales
  • Experience in working in multinational (ideally global) and multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
