Adecco Indonesia is representing a F&B that is looking for a Marketing Manager with placement in Jakarta. We are seeking a strategic, hands-on marketing person to manage end-to-end marketing, from strategy development to execution and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Brand Management
- Lead overall brand strategy and long-term brand planning to drive sustainable business growth.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all consumer touchpoints.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic gaps.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
2. Marketing Strategy & Planning (End-to-End Ownership)
- Own the full marketing cycle: planning, execution, optimization, and evaluation.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing roadmaps, KPIs, and execution plans.
3. Marketing Communications & Digital Activation
- Oversee marketing communications across social media, media exposure, and brand content.
- Manage digital presence, including social media strategy, content direction, and communication tone.
- Collaborate closely with internal graphic design and social media teams to ensure impactful execution.
- Ensure strong storytelling and brand relevance across digital channels.
4. Advertising, Events & Collaborations
- Plan and execute paid advertising initiatives (online and offline), ensuring ROI-focused spend.
- Lead events, partnerships, and brand collaborations to amplify market visibility and engagement.
- Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities with relevant partners, brands, or communities.
5. Market Analysis & Pricing Strategy
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to support decision-making.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies aligned with brand positioning and commercial targets.
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor marketing performance across channels and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and insights directly for the Owner, including recommendations and action plans.
- Use data and analysis to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Min 5+ years of strong experience handling end-to-end marketing with significant strategic responsibility.
- Proven background in mature, well-established organizations from F&B Retail or FMCG
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly proactive, independent, and able to work without micromanagement.
- Comfortable working closely with company ownership and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, leadership, and execution capabilities.
