Role Description The Marketing Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Surabaya. The trainee will support the development and execution of marketing plans for futures, foreign exchange, and derivative products, including assisting with campaigns, promotional activities, and brand positioning. Daily tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing reports, supporting customer outreach, and coordinating with internal teams to implement marketing strategies. The role also involves helping organize educational events, maintaining marketing materials and online content, and providing basic customer service support to ensure a positive client experience. This position is designed to build foundational skills in marketing management within a regulated financial services environment.
