Role Description The Marketing Lending role is a full-time, on-site position based in Batam. This role focuses on promoting and selling lending products, identifying potential customers, and building strong relationships with individuals and businesses in the local area. Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, explaining product features and loan requirements, assisting customers through the application process, and following up on leads to achieve lending targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing, maintaining accurate records of marketing activities, and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs. The Marketing Lending professional is expected to uphold the bank's values of trust, professionalism, and service quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to explain lending products clearly and professionally.
• Sales and marketing abilities, including prospecting, negotiating, and meeting lending targets in a competitive environment.
• Basic financial and credit analysis understanding, with the ability to assess customer needs and support the loan application process.
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Comfort working on-site in Batam, with readiness for fieldwork, client visits, and community engagement.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in banking, lending, or financial services marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
