OurTeam is hiring a Marketing Lead to build a predictable lead engine that supports our annual growth target.
This role owns the marketing operating system across LinkedIn (client-focused), website conversion foundations, lead capture assets, and coordination with external partners (SEO/PPC service providers and outbound appointment-setting service providers).
What you'll own (responsibilities)
LinkedIn demand generation (primary)
Build and execute a monthly LinkedIn content calendar with a client-weighted mix:
- 70% buyer education (cost/ROI, process, mistakes, trust/compliance)
- 20% proof (case studies, testimonials, outcomes)
- 10% culture/talent (not job ads)
- Publish weekly outputs:
- 3 posts/week + 1 CTA post/week
- Daily engagement (comments + DMs + follow-ups)
- Launch and manage a weekly LinkedIn newsletter (e.g., Talent Talks).
- Implement lead magnet loops (e.g., comment-to-receive scorecards/checklists) and track results.
Toolkits & digital products
- Create and maintain a quarterly roadmap of toolkits/digital products to be sold on the OurTeam website.
- Build minimum viable product assets:
- Notion templates / spreadsheets / checklists
- DM scripts + follow-up sequences
- short video walkthroughs
- product landing pages (copy + structure) in coordination with web/SEO providers
- Launch and optimize product funnels from LinkedIn:
- CTA posts (weekly), comment-to-receive, DM automation/manual follow-up
- simple questionnaire/quiz to segment buyers and recommend the right product + price point
- Track performance weekly: traffic → opt-ins → purchases → assisted conversions (calls booked).
Proof assets & messaging
Collect and package proof:
- case studies (short + long form)
- testimonials
- outcome snapshots (time-to-hire, roles filled, cost savings where possible)
- Maintain consistent messaging aligned to the core offer: Remote Team Build.
- Emailers
Conversion & lead capture collaboration
Work with SEO/PPC service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure:
- landing pages have clear offer, proof, FAQs, and strong CTAs (book a call / WhatsApp / enquiry)
- lead capture forms and tracking are implemented correctly (GA4/GTM conversion events)
- Help define Lead and SQL qualification criteria and keep reporting consistent.
Service provider coordination
Coordinate weekly with:
- SEO/website/PPC service providers to align campaigns, landing pages, and conversion tracking
- Outbound appointment-setting service providers to align targeting, messaging, and handover process
- Ensure consistent scripts, offers, and proof across LinkedIn + email + landing pages.
Reporting & continuous improvement
Produce a weekly 1-page performance update:
- leads + booked calls attributed to LinkedIn
- best-performing posts
- audience quality signals (buyer DMs, decision-maker engagement)
- experiments run + what's next
