We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to drive brand positioning, patient acquisition, and market growth across multiple hospital units.
This role will play a critical part in shaping integrated marketing strategies and executing high-impact campaigns to support our services, ensuring strong visibility and sustainable growth across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the Premium Specialist Network across multiple Siloam hospital units.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate marketing events, roadshows, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and patient engagement.
- Drive multi-channel campaigns (digital, offline, partnership, and community outreach) to increase awareness and utilization of premium specialist services.
- Collaborate closely with hospital leaders, medical specialists, and corporate teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, patient insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee marketing budget planning and ensure ROI from all initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with Siloam's premium service positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably within healthcare, premium services, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong experience in handling multi-unit or network-wide marketing strategies.
- Proven track record in organizing marketing events and executing strategic campaigns.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong understanding of customer journey and brand positioning.
- Experience working with premium or high-end market segments will be an advantage.
