PT Filtec Indotama Teknindo is looking for a Marketing Intern who is creative, eager to learn, and interested in developing skills in Digital Marketing, SEO, AI Optimization (AIO), Social Media, and Website Management.

Job Description

- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase the company's online presence and brand awareness.

- Assist in SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimization, on-page SEO, and monitoring website performance.

- Support AIO (AI Optimization) initiatives to improve the visibility and discoverability of company content across AI-powered search and recommendation platforms.

- Create, develop, and manage engaging content for the company's social media platforms.

- Assist in planning and preparing social media content, including captions, visuals, and content calendars.

- Support website management, including updating website content, creating articles, and ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

- Conduct basic research and analysis related to digital marketing trends, competitors, keywords, and audience behavior.

- Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.

- Collaborate with the HR and other internal teams to support company branding and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Have an interest in SEO, AIO, Social Media, Content Creation, and Website Management.

- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, or similar platforms.

- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.

- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.

- Experience with Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics/Search Console, or other digital marketing tools is a plus.
