This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sukabumi for a Marketing Head. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include market analysis, leading marketing teams, fostering relationships with stakeholders, managing public relations efforts, and identifying opportunities for sales and market expansion. The Marketing Head will collaborate closely with senior management to ensure consistency in brand messaging and alignment with the company's vision.

• Proficiency in Market Planning and strategic Marketing Management to drive organizational goals effectively
• Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth
• Proven expertise in Sales and building scalable sales strategies
• Experience in Public Relations to foster positive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a results-oriented and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar leadership role in the financial services or retail financing industry is preferred
