We are seeking for a reliable Marketing & Growth Operations Lead to own the technical, systems, and operational backbone of our marketing and client acquisition engine. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tools, integrations, tracking, automations, and reporting systems work reliably end-to-end, and the go-to owner for anything technical related to marketing operations, growth, reporting, and client onboarding.
Strong problem-solving skills, comfort working across unfamiliar tools, and the ability to figure things out independently will make you an outstanding candidate for this role! You are not expected to know everything upfront but you are expected to learn quickly, debug effectively, and implement solutions with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of Marketing & Growth Systems
Own the end-to-end marketing and growth technology stack, including CRM, automation tools, analytics, tracking, and reporting systems
Act as the technical owner for all marketing ops, growth ops, and revenue ops systems
Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools to support business and client goals
Proactively identify system gaps, inefficiencies, or risks and propose practical solutions
Automation, Integrations & Workflows
Build, maintain, and improve automations using Make.com and other relevant tools
Design scalable workflows for lead capture, qualification, booking, follow-ups, and internal handoffs
Connect and sync data across platforms such as CRM, Google Sheets, ad platforms, and messaging tools
Troubleshoot and fix broken automations, integrations, or workflows
Data, Reporting & Visibility
Ensure accurate and reliable data flow across all systems
Build and maintain reporting dashboards for funnel performance, conversion tracking, and revenue visibility
Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis when needed
Ensure reporting is trusted and usable by internal teams and clients
Tracking, Attribution & Technical Setup
Set up and maintain tracking including Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other analytics tools
Ensure tracking works across websites, landing pages, forms, and third-party platforms
Debug discrepancies between tracking systems, CRM data, and ad platform reporting
Validate events, conversions, and overall data accuracy
Client Onboarding & Technical Support
Own the technical setup during client onboarding
Configure systems, automations, and reporting for new clients
Act as the first line of support for technical issues related to marketing operations
Document systems, workflows, and best practices for internal use
General Technical Problem Solving
Handle unexpected technical requests related to marketing, growth, or client acquisition
Learn and work with new tools or platforms as required
Collaborate with internal team members to support experiments, new offers, and new funnels
Who Are We Looking For
Strong experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or technical operations
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.
Comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and debugging mindset
Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make.com strongly preferred)
Experience working with CRMs, forms, tracking, and analytics tools
Solid Google Sheets skills
Ability to learn new tools independently and execute without hand-holding
Working Style Expectations
This role is for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity.
You will often be given a goal, not step-by-step instructions. You are expected to:

Be able to owns systems, outcomes, and reliability, not just carrying out task execution.
Benefits/ Working Hour:
Salary: 800 - 1,000 SGD/ month (Could be negotiable higher based on experience)
