Own the growth levers that drive merchant transaction volume and active merchant base. You will design, price and evaluate the promotions, subsidies and lifecycle campaigns that convert newly acquired merchants into consistently transacting ones — and you will be measured on efficiency, not just volume.
Job Description
- Own growth targets for merchant GMV/TPV, transacting merchants, and repeat transaction rate across assigned merchant segments or verticals.
- Design and price promo mechanics (cashback, discount, bundling, merchant-funded offers) and build the business case for each: expected uplift, subsidy cost, payback period.
- Run the merchant lifecycle funnel — acquisition onboarding first transaction activation retention reactivation — and identify where merchants leak out.
- Plan and execute A/B and holdout tests to isolate true incrementality; kill or scale campaigns based on results.
- Build and maintain growth dashboards and cohort analyses; deliver weekly and monthly performance reviews to business stakeholders.
- Manage the promo/subsidy budget: forecast spend, track burn rate, and optimize cost per incremental transaction.
- Partner with Product, Data, BD/Sales, and regional teams to unlock new growth levers and land cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, strategy, consulting, or commercial analytics — ideally in e-commerce, fintech/payments, or high-growth tech.
- Strong quantitative skills: comfortable building models in Excel/Google Sheets, running SQL queries, and interpreting cohort/funnel data independently.
- Demonstrated ownership of a growth or revenue metric, with concrete results you can walk through.
- Able to translate messy data into a clear recommendation and defend it to commercial stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity, tight timelines, and frequent priority shifts.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
