Spearhead project to grow user base and user quality of ShopeePay App
Periodic analysis on growth metrics through weekly performance reporting
Analyze market trend to assess potential project for growth hacking
Run growth project to improve performance, including but not limited to new campaign, new product development, and strategic partnership
Coordinate end-to-end project with cross department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from economics field or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment — Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG preferred
Strong logical skill
Good project management skill
Good communication (written & verbal) in both Bahasa Indonesia & English
Experience in marketing/growth/project is preferred
Prior experience in campus organization is preferred
Familiar with new product/feature development and go to market plan
Fresh Graduate is welcomed
