Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Marketing Export Staff located in Depok. The Marketing Export Staff will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales and export operations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members
• Expertise in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends and develop effective plans
• Experience in Sales operations and Customer Service to manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Able to plan shipment assortment and documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade or a related field
• Previous experience in export marketing is a plus
