Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Bandung. The Marketing Executive will support brand growth by planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and contributing to promotional strategies for Seven Retail's lifestyle services. The role also involves managing social media content calendars, assisting with events and activations, and collaborating with design and sales teams to develop customer-focused marketing materials. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to experiment and iterate in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in core marketing functions, such as campaign planning, brand positioning, and promotion within retail or lifestyle services.
  • Ability to conduct market, consumer, and competitor research and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing practices, including social media management, basic performance tracking, and content planning.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear marketing briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present ideas effectively.
  • Good organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment and openness to continuous learning and feedback.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is beneficial, along with prior experience in retail, lifestyle, healthcare, or education sectors.
