Role Description

As a Marketing Executive (Mandarin Speaker), you will support the marketing and sales activities of PT. Kahatex's textile products, with a primary focus on Mandarin-speaking markets. You will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with international clients, and assist in developing effective marketing strategies to support business growth.

You will also work closely with internal departments, including Sales, Production, and Export, to ensure smooth communication and successful execution of customer requirements. The role requires regular communication with overseas buyers in Mandarin, as well as coordination in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing presentations, product information, and marketing materials.
• Support sales negotiations and business discussions in Mandarin.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
• Prepare periodic sales and market analysis reports for management.
• Participate in business meetings, exhibitions, or customer visits when required.

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related role. Experience in the textile or garment industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong market research, analytical, and marketing planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willing to work on-site in Rancaekek, West Java.
• Familiarity with international trade or export business will be considered an advantage.
• Willing to travel domestically or internationally when required.
