Develop marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentation decks, case studies, and product/service overviews in collaboration with engineering teams
Support lead generation campaigns (online and offline) and ensure proper tracking and follow-up of leads
Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to convert marketing leads into new business opportunities
Maintain and update prospect and lead databases, ensuring data accuracy
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and printers when required
Monitor and report on marketing activity performance, including leads generated, event ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Ensure all marketing activities align with company branding and messaging guidelines
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
25 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably supporting engineering, technical, or industrial sectors
Proven experience in organizing events and exhibitions
Strong understanding of lead generation and basic sales funnel concepts
Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex engineering solutions into clear marketing messages
Good project management and coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage
