Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Set-up in-app CRM amplifications (PN, IB, Shuffle Card) as per requested by Food marketing team.
  • Align with campaign PIC whenever necessary to ensure communication that will be executed through CRM Channels is aligning with the campaign objective and construct.
  • Collect performance of each amplifications (e.g. sent, delivered, read, clicks) where necessary and support the development of CRM monthly report alongside with CRM Team.
  • Align with Food marketing budget owners to create & plan marketing budget to accommodate marketing activities.
  • Execute day-to-day task of creating Purchase Requisition (PR), monitor approval process of PR, and maintain to release Purchase Order (PO) to meet campaign timeline.
  • Documented every spends from Food marketing and notify relevant stakeholders shall there be important changes or adjustment is happening.
  • Conduct alignment with procurement team related to vendor selection when necessary and participate in alignment with finance team to review Food marketing accruals in monthly basis.
  • Create monthly budget & spends report to be reviewed by budget owner in Food marketing team.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent experience economics, marketing, communication, or business major.
  • Min 2+years of experience preferably in Tech Industry and experience in operating marketing and finance tools/ applications.
  • Good written & verbal communication (English) abilities at the business level.
  • Self-driven individual with a good sense of ownership & having strong analytical thinking.
  • Understand Excel/Google sheet medium level formula and Good sense of business acumen & data interpretation.
  • Willingness to learn and a can do attitude individual.
