Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive at Blueray Cargo Batam, located in Batam. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and conducting market research to support strategies, developing and implementing marketing plans, engaging with clients, and driving sales initiatives. The individual will play a key role in expanding the company's reach and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Skills in Market Planning and developing strategic marketing initiatives
• Proficiency in Market Research and analyzing market trends to inform decisions
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to effectively promote products and services
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the logistics industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
