Job Description

The Marketing & Community is responsible for bringing the Celadon at Magna One by Kozystay brand to life through digital content, creator collaborations, on-site experiences, and local community engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who understands premium lifestyle hospitality, has strong creative taste, and can translate brand positioning into content, events, partnerships, and guest-facing experiences. The role requires a balance of creativity, execution discipline, commercial awareness, and strong relationship management.

The objective is not only to make Celadon visible, but to build a community around the property, strengthen brand awareness, support sales and occupancy, and create memorable experiences that reflect Kozystay's hospitality standards.

1. Social Media & Content Management

  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram and TikTok, aligned with brand direction, campaign priorities, and property objectives.
  • Ideate, produce, and publish short-form content including Reels, Stories, TikTok videos, behind-the-scenes content, guest experience highlights, event coverage, and lifestyle content.
  • Ensure all content reflects a consistent, premium, approachable, and brand-aligned presence.
  • Work with internal teams, creators, photographers, and videographers to produce content that supports awareness, engagement, and commercial conversion.
  • Monitor social media comments, messages, trends, and audience behavior to identify content opportunities.Develop and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram aligned with brand tone, visual direction, and campaign priorities.

2. Community & On-Site Events

  • Plan and execute on-site brand, lifestyle, and community events that strengthen Celadon's positioning and create meaningful engagement with guests, residents, partners, and local communities.
  • Develop event concepts, timelines, guest lists, budgets, vendor coordination, run-downs, and post-event reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Guest Experience teams to ensure events support business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, guest retention, and partnership opportunities.
  • Ensure every event delivers a refined, welcoming, well-organized, and memorable guest experience.

3. KOL & Creator Collaboration

  • Identify, approach, and manage relevant KOLs, creators, media, communities, and brand partners across lifestyle, hospitality, design, wellness, F&B, and urban culture.
  • Coordinate creator visits, content briefs, posting schedules, deliverables, approvals, and reporting.
  • Build long-term relationships with selected creators and communities that are aligned with the Celadon and Kozystay brand.
  • Evaluate collaboration performance based on reach, engagement, content quality, audience fit, and commercial impact.

4. Brand Experience & Community Building

  • Act as the on-site brand guardian for Celadon, ensuring the property's digital and physical experiences feel consistent, premium, and guest-centric.
  • Identify opportunities to activate the property through community programming, lifestyle partnerships, guest moments, and neighborhood collaborations.
  • Build relationships with nearby businesses, communities, corporate partners, lifestyle brands, and local tastemakers.
  • Support initiatives that increase guest engagement, repeat visits, direct bookings, and brand affinity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, community management, events, hospitality, lifestyle, property, F&B, or premium consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, creator marketing, and lifestyle content.
  • Proven experience planning and executing events from concept to completion.
  • Experience working with KOLs, creators, vendors, partners, or media.
  • Strong creative judgment with good taste in visuals, storytelling, styling, and guest experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Comfortable working on-site and attending selected evenings or weekends when events or creator visits are scheduled.
  • Able to balance creativity with commercial objectives and operational discipline.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous content, events, campaigns, or creator collaborations are preferred.
