What will be your mission
Responsible for shaping and executing visually captivating marketing materials and assets. Collaborating with various teams, the designer will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our fintech customer base in Mexico
What will your day-to-day be like
- Design visually captivating campaigns and creative projects, translating concepts into cohesive materials for all relevant channels, including Key Visuals and Brand Guidelines.
- Actively contribute to brainstorming meetings, providing creative insights and innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Develop persuasive digital product pitch presentations that effectively communicate the value of products.
- Conceptualize and deliver creative content through design pieces, aligning with brand identity and messaging.
- Take ownership of project deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
- Degree Required in Business Administration, Marketing, and related areas
- Advanced Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory)
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory)
- Adobe Creatives Suite, Premiere Pro, 2D Animation, After effects and DaVinci Resolve.
- Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge
- experience in Marketing and/or Communication areas
- Hands-on profile, ability to think strategically
- Data-drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
