Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the company's growth at our Indonesia office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling cold calling and marketing enquiries, conducting client visits, and developing strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research
- Handle inbound and outbound marketing enquiries professionally
- Conduct client visits and meetings to introduce company services and build relationships
- Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication with clients
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales activity records
- Work closely with the management and marketing team to achieve business targets
- Support company promotional and marketing activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and business development progress
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree prefered
- Good in English communication
- Senior and Junior experience preffered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in cold calling and client engagement
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must possess own vehicle and willing to travel for client visits
- Willing to be based at the company's Indonesia office
