We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to drive lead generation and growth through digital channels.
If you're strong in Google Ads, understand performance marketing, and can also manage social media & website, this role is for you.
Job Description
What You'll Do
Digital Ads (Main Focus)
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display)
- Conduct keyword research & improve ad performance (CTR, CVR)
- Monitor and optimize CPL, conversions, and budget efficiency
- Run A/B testing (ads, landing pages)
Social Media (Instagram & TikTok)
- Plan and execute content calendar
- Coordinate with content creators/designers
- Manage posting (Reels, short videos, carousel)
- Monitor engagement & basic community interaction
Website (WordPress)
- Update and create landing pages
- Improve conversion rate (CTA, form, UX)
- Ensure SEO basics and performance
Lead Tracking & Optimization
- Track lead sources (Google Ads, IG, TikTok, Organic)
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality
- Ensure leads are properly captured into CRM (e.g. HubSpot)

- Google Ads performance
Qualifications
- 13 years experience in digital / performance marketing
- Strong in Google Ads (must-have)
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and basic content planning
- Basic experience with WordPress
- Data-driven and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with limited budget but high impact goals
